At AG Signing Services, our journey began with Karen, our CEO. She embarked on her career in the financial services industry with a heart for service and a keen eye for unmet needs. During her time in the field, she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals within the senior community when it came to accessing essential notary services, especially during transitions into senior communities. Concurrently, she recognized a parallel struggle within the Spanish-speaking community, where language and accessibility barriers compounded the difficulties in obtaining notarization assistance.

Karen's dedication to her clients transcended the boundaries of her professional duties. Recognizing the gap in accessibility, she began offering her notarial services as a volunteer outside of regular working hours. With compassion as her guiding principle, Karen made house calls and visited senior facilities to assist with notarizing documents, alleviating the burden of navigating complex paperwork during significant life transitions.

Simultaneously, Karen's bilingual abilities emerged as a crucial bridge for the Spanish-speaking community. Leveraging her language proficiency, she bridged the gap to ensure that essential notary services were accessible during their own pivotal life moments, regardless of language or accessibility barriers.

What began as a heartfelt volunteer initiative has since blossomed into AG Signing Services, a testament to Karen's unwavering commitment to making a positive impact. Through the launch of her mobile notary business, Karen aims to bring convenience directly to seniors, homebound individuals, caregivers, the Spanish-speaking community, and the wider public.

As a seasoned financial expert, she boasts a diverse skill set encompassing lending, estate planning, retirement planning, business strategies, and comprehensive financial planning. Karen specializes in delivering tailored solutions that meticulously address the specific needs of each individual. Her breadth of experience has honed her ability to provide holistic and personalized guidance, ensuring that every client receives the attention and support necessary to thrive.

Academic Dedication:
Complementing her professional journey, Karen holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an associate degree in accounting, underscoring her commitment to continuous growth and learning. Currently, she is pursuing a double major in Human Resource Management and Finance, as part of her master's degree program. This endeavor showcases her dedication to holistic personal and professional development, as she seeks to enhance her expertise in both people management and financial acumen.
