Karen Avila brings 13+ years of experience in banking, lending environments, and financial services, with professional expertise spanning banking operations, lending, regulatory compliance, document-sensitive transactions, and client relationship management.
Her background includes experience as a loan originator and leadership roles within financial institutions, providing a strong understanding of the processes, professionalism, and attention to detail required in real estate and financial transactions.
Karen currently works within a highly regulated financial environment, where precision, professionalism, and operational excellence are essential—an approach that also guides every signing appointment through AG Signing Services.
She holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and an Associate Degree in Accounting.
