Her career includes experience as a loan originator and leadership roles within financial institutions, giving her a deep understanding of the processes involved in real estate and financial transactions.
Karen holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and an Associate Degree in Accounting.
Karen also maintains ongoing professional development in financial risk and operational compliance through the American Bankers Association. She has completed certificates in Operational Risk Management and Risk Management Frameworks, reinforcing her understanding of financial institution controls and regulatory environments.
